About Me

I believe it’s necessary to have a clear and rational relationship with money. Think less stress, more abundance. Peaceful acceptance. Less debt, high interest rate payments.

Money is simply a piece of paper, and each one of us attaches different meanings and beliefs about what money is and isn’t. This profound relationship started in childhood by witnessing the actions of caregivers and other role models. These money messages, mostly unconscious, contribute to our current relationship and work for us or don’t.

I believe a relationship with money is developed over a lifetime and a clear understanding of our behaviors will help map the future through curious and nonjudgmental exploration of early influences, our own first job and paycheck, credit card balances, acquiring new possessions, and relationships to others, whether it’s a partner, children, parents, and friend.

After 20 years on Wall Street, I needed to align my heart, mind, and wallet following 9/11. My love of learning led me to behavioral finance and a new career in psychology. It is my passion to help people gain control over their financial behaviors that don’t work and move towards a relationship with money that embodies values, peace, and financial well-being.
